Zendegināme
Dar mowred-e joz’iyāt-e zendegi-ye Azizxān makri dar manābe-e marbut be dowre-ye Qājār-o pahlu-ye ettelāāti dar dastres nist. Ammā dar teyy-ye dahehā-ye axir ketābhā-yi dar Bukān montašer šode-ast ke mohtavā-ye ān bargerefte az xāterāt-e riš-e sefidān-o xāndān-e nazdik be Azizxān dar in mantaqe bude ke ettelāāti dar mowred-e ruydādhā-ye moxtalef-o zendegi-ye u nevešte šode-ast.
Azizxān makri farzand-e Mohammad-e soltān dar sāl-e 1,171 xoršidi (hejri-ye šamsi) dar rustā-ye nos-etān il-e gorke šahr-e rabt-e Sardašt cešm be jahān gošud. Nasab-e pedar-aš be qobadkhan mokri (az Beygzādegān il makri) miresad.

Bukān dar ān zamān yek šahr nabud-o yek ābādi-ye kucak bud ke yek cešme-ye sār dar markaz-e ān qarār gerefte bud-o ilhā-ye kard moxtalef gāh-i dar in mahal be sokunat-e movaqqat mipardāxtand. Il khalki yeki az ān ilhā bud ke moddat-e ziyādi dar in mantaqe be yeylāq-o qešlāq-e mašqul bud-and. Mortezā Xān khalki yeki az Beygzādegān Bukān be hamrāh-e sartip farrox Xān (barādar-e zāde-ye Azizxān) dar Tabriz bud-and-o bā nofuzi ke dāštand, Azizxān tavānest dar Tabriz bā daraje-ye yāvari dar fowj-e šešom vāred nezām šavad. Ba’d az moddat-i ke liyāqat-e xod rā nešān dād be Tehrān montaqel šod-o dar anja be maqām "ājudān bāši" resid.
Ba’dhā dar Tehrān bā raf-at-o āmad dar darbār-e šāh, bā Amirkabir-o bištar rejāl-e ān zamān-e āšnā-vo mowred-e tavajjoh-e ānhā qarār migirad.[9][10]
Dar zamān-i ke Amirkabir con be sedārat resid, vāres-e moškelāt-e farāvān-i az dowre-ye sedārat-e hāj mirzā Āqāsi šod-o barā-ye hall-e in moškelāt az derāyat-o nobuq-e barx-i az afrād-e hamcon Azizxān estefāde kard. Azizxān rā be Tehrān ehzār kard-o u rā be samt ājudān bāši mansub kard. Sardār koll-e ruz beruz dar dastgāh-e amir-e kabir-e aziztar mišod-o dar maqām-i ke Amirkabir be u baxšide bud, ajudan bashi koll-e laškar-e Amirkabir, samt-e emārat-e nezām-o farmāndehi-ye koll-e qovā rā dāšt. Be hamin jahat-e Amirkabir qāleban dar pišāmadhā-ye mohemm-e nezām, mas’uliyat-e kār rā bar ohde Azizxān migozāšt.
Hargāh šāh-o amir be jā-yi miraftand Azizxān tamām omurāt-e kešvar rā be dast migereft. Az an jomle safar-e šāh-o Amirkabir be Esfahān ke moddat-e 5 māh-o hašt ruz tul kešid-o dar in moddat kolliye-ye omur dar dast Azizxān bud.[11] Amirkabir dar dam-e marg-e hengām-i ke hāj Ali-ye Xān sāheb-e al doleye qātel-e vey be dastur šāh mixāst rag-aš rā bezanad ingune vasiyat kard:

Jang-e avval-e Harāt
Dar laškarkeši-ye Mohammadšāh-e Qājār be Harāt be sāl-e 1,253–1,254 qamari, Azizxān az jomle sarān-e sepāhi bude ke be mohāsere Harāt rafte bud, dar ān zamān-e u rotbe-ye sarhangi fowj-e šešom-e Tabriz rā dāšt. Dar 15 Ramezān sāl-e 1,253 qamari ke Harāt dar mohāsere-ye laškariyān Mohammadšāh bud az jāneb-e u pey dar pey be qal’e-ye šahr hamle mišod, yār-e mohammadxān vazir-e kāmrān-e mirzā amir-e yāqi Harāt az Mohammadšāh amān xāst-o taqāzā kard ke kas-i az jāneb-e šāh be dāxel Harāt beravad tā mahsurin taslim-e u šavand. Be dastur-e Mohammadšāh, Azizxān sarhang be dāxel šahr raft-o dur-e ruz bā yār-e mohammadxān-o kāmrān-e mirzā mašqul goftogu bud.[12]
Farmāndeh-e koll-e qovā
Dar sāl-e 1,269 qamari bā tašrifāt-e xāss-i be farmane Nāsereddinšāh be Azizxān maqām-e sardār koll-e asāker Mansure dāde šod-o az in tārix be ba’d-e Azizxān be onvān-e sardare kol moarrefi šod. Dar sāl-e 1,273 qamari bā dasisehā-ye mirzā Āqāxān-e šāh sardare kol rā azl-o hame manāseb-e dowlati-yo mas’uliyathā rā az u gereftand-o mirzā davud khan jānešin Azizxān šod. Mirzā Āqāxān-e nuri došman dirine-ye u šod-o dar tadārok-e qatl-e Azizxān makri bud ke movaffaq našod[13] dar sāl-e 1,274 Azizxān bar asar-e towteecinihā-ye mirzā Āqāxān-e nuri sadra’zam, mottaham šod be esteqlāl-e Kordestān-o jodā kardan-e ān az xāk-e Irān bā dowlathā-ye Rus-o Engelis zadoband-e karde -ast. be hamin dalil-e Azizxān mowred-e xašm-e šāh qarār gereft-o bar sar-e amlāk-e xod dar Bukān bāz gašt.[14][15] Sāl-e 1,275 qamari mirzā āqā Xān-e nuri-yo jami’ afrād-e u az kār-o omur-e dowlati-ye barkenār šodand-o be hokm-e šāh šeš vezāratxāne ta’sis šod-o Azizxān rā be Tehrān farā xānad-o vezārat-e jang-o sepahsālāri (sardare kol sepāh) rā be ohde-ye u gozāšt.[16]
